Section 1 — Booking Policy

• TigerBay is open 12:00 to 02:00 daily. Opening times are subject to change without notice.
• We strongly recommend that groups reserve a table in advance and adhere to their reserved time.
• Should you arrive more than 5 minutes after your booking time, you may lose your table and any deposit paid.
• We ask that you are ready to be seated at your reservation time and arrive 10–15 minutes beforehand.
• It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit.
• Tables are allocated on the day by the team. While we will do everything we can to accommodate preferences, we cannot always guarantee a specific area.
• While on the premises, please respect our staff and other patrons. When leaving, please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
• Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
• Changes to bookings can be made at any time and TigerBay will do its best to inform you of any changes as early as convenient.

Section 2 — Cancellation Policy

TigerBay's continued viability relies on reservations being honoured. All bookings are non-refundable once made.

• A pre-paid deposit booking fee per person is required. This fee will be applied towards your final bill, subject to all booking conditions being met and all members of the booking arriving.
• We reserve the right to retain the deposit in cases of: cancellations; guests not arriving within the grace period; non-arrival; refusal of entry or being asked to leave for failure to adhere to house rules; or guests under the influence causing disturbances prior to entry.
• A minimum spend may apply during busy periods and on Event Days.
• Bookings where all guests fail to arrive on time or within the agreed grace period will lose their booking slot.
• Customers who wish to reschedule and provide more than 72 hours notice by email may reschedule within a four-week period from the original booking date, free of charge (excluding Event Days, subject to availability). Any subsequent changes will incur an administration fee.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking date will result in the full pre-payment being forfeited.
• Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice are subject to the following fees: Restaurant or lounge bookings — £5.00 per guest; VIP bookings — £7.50 per guest.
• Event Day bookings are strictly non-refundable. No cancellation fee waiver applies and all Event Day pre-payments will not be refunded.

Section 3 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 4 — Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update any information.

Section 5 — Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice and shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials and will not have any liability for any third-party materials, websites, products or services. Please review all third-party policies carefully before engaging in any transaction.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Section 10 — Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind.

In no case shall TigerBay, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service.

Section 11 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TigerBay and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 12 — Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service without affecting the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 13 — Termination

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If in our sole judgement you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
